Its a shame that they schedule so many appts in one morning and you have to wait for hours, the staff at reception dont even tell you sorry for the delay or update you on the wait time. My appts were in suite 112 until dr gavino left. staff over there was professional and when they saw you sitting there waiting too long they’ll actually update you with the wait time and apologize.

Always knows what’s wrong. Very sweet. Happy man. The only thing that’s upsetting is I make an appointment and 3 hours later I finally go into the exam room. Even then I mighty wait an hour for him to see me.

Dr. Richard KAY is very professional! I totally recommend him! He is excellent doctor!!

1st visit I sat for 2 hours in lobby. Never saw doctor. Reacheduled to give them a 2nd chance. 2nd appointment today at 8:45 a.m. - waited an hour and a half, then told doctor was running behind. I left. Will NOT be back. Would NOT recommend. Dont know how they schedule patients but its not working. Someone needs to revamp their procedure.

The wait time is unacceptable

Do not go unless you have four hours, very condescending, staff very unfriendly...go anywhere but to him

Always runs late, Hurried consultations, unfriendly receptionists/admin staff.

1.5 hr. wait for 1st appointment consultation. Negative patient signs in the office. Staff - not pleasant on phone nor in person. Looking for another primary care.

if you are a passive patient and like a passive aggressive physician this quack will suite you fine... an angry little man. I waited 2 1/2 hours past my schedule appointment time

I'm 66 years young and I am very happy that I finally found a Doctor and Staff members that work so well together. Everyone's always in a great mood. I have to tell you I'm happy now when I need to see the Doctor.
