Dr K has been an advocate for veterans for many years. His skill, patience, understanding, and compassion have made him a leading figure at Charles George VAMC. In addition to his skill as a primary care physician, he is especially known for his work with combat veterans suffering from PTSD. I applaud him for what I have witnessed with my own eyes working to prevent suicide and lessening the suffering of veterans with PTSD. Dr. K has set a standard at CGVAMC that will be hard to match. Can't believe the poor reviews as shown by others. Dr. Kelly is very much liked by the many Vietnam Veterans (who I am familiar with) who have him as their primary care Dr. at the Asheville, NC VA. He listens, he takes his time, he cares and he is thorough. He communicates well and will address any issues brought forth. He provides excellent care and his nurses are also very good. My experience has been excellent.

dr Kelly is a primary care m d primary care 3 at the veterans hospital on tunnel rd in Ashville n c.he does not lissen to the patients health problems.if you do not agree with his method of treatment he attempts to bully you in a attempt to make you accept his method of treatment no matter how bizzare it may be.he uses his staff in his attempts to bully you into compliance.if he did not work for the government he would not have a job.if you are treated at the va hospital and you get Kelly for a dr you best ask for a new dr.run away

Dr, Kelly's negligent treatment resultd in a nearly fatal lithium poisoning in 2000, I should have sued for malpractice then, but I was too ill. He has caused me innumerable health problems as a result. Don't use him!
