He graduated from the University of Dundee Medical School in Scotland and trained in anesthesia in Southern Africa, where he received his board certification. Dr. King came to the United States in 1985, and after completing a fellowship in regional anesthesia at Hospital for Special Surgery, joined the Attending Staff.
