MD R. Manzo was completely professional and polite and explained to me in full detail what my situation is and what needs to be done to correct it. The Doctor took time and effort to fully explain the next steps to address my problems. MD Manzo’s staff were extremely supportive, and professional. I spoke with Jessica she was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and polite to me I felt like she care.

I have not had my surgery yet, but my visit very good can’t wait for my carpal tunnel surgery. I’ve had my right hand done Doctor Manzo I think it was 18 years ago my right hand I can’t wait to get my left hand done by him

Waste of time

Had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands at different dates. I was back to work the next day. Both hands healed magnificently. Great staff at Waterbury and where the surgeries were performed in Southington.

I had an accident 4 months ago. I broke both arms and was assigned Dr. Manzo. Keep in mind I asked for my own Dr. St Mary's told me I couldn't! I had a plate put in the right arms and left arm nothing but a plastic protector. I was told to follow up with Dr. Manzo, I called they don't take my insurance, was told to find my own dr!!! Left me 5 weeks with no follow up or pain management! I ended up with my dr. I am having an issue with the plate detatching from my shoulder, still no pain management. They gave me a prescription for the same brace for the right arm, the one I was told is only to protect my arm. I can't wear it too much nerve pain and physical to the touch pain. I made them aware that I fell and made it worse. Dr. Manzo, not my dr., said to give me a prescription for a brace! They just gave me the same thing last week! Hello! Still no pain management! I need a second opinion. I cant live this way! He is not listening! Not to mention he doesn't take my insurance and left me… hanging, I don't want him involved with my care! The topper is I had 4 options for my surgery and he told me about only one! I assume was easiest for him! ,
