From intial contact of appointment scheduling very professional and contacted prior to appointment to allow check-in and preregister for punctual appointment. Upon arrival addressed and no waiting. Was called in and attended to on scheduled time. No waiting in exams room. Michelin performed professional attentive exam. Very impressed took time to listen and address concerns. Very professional staff everyone efficient! Very organized and clean facilities.
