Dr. Richard Michael Moccia, MD

Just love Dr Moccia he makes a colonoscopy easy to get through. I have been using him for over 15 years. He is exceptional at his job.

Though Dr. Moccia is an excellent physician. His assistant Francesca is rude, negligent and very unprofessional. She is impossible to deal with. Going to a physician with an illness is very stress as it is, then to be mistreated is deplorable!!! She makes setting an appointment next to impossible. Many other patients have told me they have the same difficulties with her. I'm sure Dr. Moccia has heard this before. Therefore, it is a poor reflection on him and how he runs his staff.

Dr. Moccia is great he made fill very comfortable before and after my proceedures, and was very informative about my situation. His staff is excellent , from making an appointment to checking out.

I have been a patient of Dr. Moccia for about 11 years. He is always right on the mark, always explains exactly what he is going to do, makes you feel very comfortable and I would recommend him highly. Very nice guy.

Have been a patient of Dr. Moccia for many years. He is a most caring doctor, who always makes your care his priority, as well as easing your mind. His NP Deborah Caputo is an equally wonderful extension of him. Every time I call, or have any issue, I am contacted immediately and options are discussed. A very positive aspect, both Dr. Moccia and NP Caputo, will discuss your best treatment with you, on the phone! Both will prescribe what they feel is best, as well as set up any test(s) they may be required. If it is at all possible, and NOT, on all occasions, they do not require you visit the office before sending you for a test or prescribing a medication. However, you are always required to make follow up arrangements. I trust Dr. Moccia.and NP Caputo with my life. They have helped me so much over the past year, as well as several other times throughout the last 10 years. I would recommend this team to anyone. Awesome bedside manner too. Ask Dr. Moccia to tell a joke.
