Doesn’t have strong background in psychiatry, lacks empathy

I have seen a handful of psychiatrist with Little success until I met Dr. Montgomery who saved My life. Will definitely recommend him

He doesn't listen to his patients and has a very poor bedside manner.

I felt comfortable with Dr Montgomery during our initial appointment. I believe he is knowledgeable and took a genuine interest in my case and personal health concerns. He told me he would do an insurance pre-auth for further services at the end of our appointment, it's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back from him or anybody in his office. That is very disappointing as I have seen several uncaring, incompetent psychiatrists in the Boise area and I really had some hope when I left his office after my first visit. Now I'm beginning to wonder if he is the right doctor for me.

Poor example of a psychiatrist. He's only interested in liabilities. This means simply that as long as he's convinced that you're not gonna be s danger to anyone, you'll get all the pills you need.

Before Dr. Montgomery I was lost for 10 years on the wrong medication. I remember I had spent only 5 minutes with him and he knew I was messed up. He said he could help me and he did. By trying different combinations of medications every month we were able to find the right combination that worked to wake me up completely and I now have a good life. He is a compassionate and caring doctor who's really smart.
