Devastated about outcome of surgery. There is no fix to skin that is removed. Scarring and problems for the last 5 years.

I had surgery with Dr. Nesmith and was not a good outcome. He did not communicate with me prior to the surgery about what I wanted. I felt like I got talked into more surgery on other parts of my face than what I came for. Disaster.

Dr. Nesmith's surgical skills are cookie cutter. He does not take into consideration each person's unique face shape and eyelid shape along with the skin and fat that a person has. His surgery left me looking older than I am. I am hollowed out in my eyelids and I have bad scars from this as well as from a facelift. One side of my face came out well and I went to another plastic surgeon for help and they asked me if his nurse had been allowed to operate on one side. I told them I didn't know but it was a long surgery and I was out cold.

Dr. Richard Nesmith met and surpassed all of my expectations! His artistry cannot be praised enough! Last week, he performed my breast augmentation. The beauty of his work has left me breathless! I am so thankful to have found a surgeon so dedicated to artistic perfection. Dr. Nesmith is a quiet man who does not boast over his ability or accomplishments. To the trained eye, one can see how he lets his work speak for itself. I say this because all too often we, as the consumer, are swayed heavily by the “show “put on by the salesman. Don’t let his humble nature fool you! He is a true artist, a medical visionary, and in his eyes you can see that he loves what he does. Dr. Nesmith performed my second breast augmentation. Having had implants before, I think it is fair to say I have a basis for comparison. I’ve been making my friends laugh all week because when asked how I feel about my new implants I’ve been saying, “They are so perfect, I hate them”. ?? Sounds silly… Although, now I… understand why beauty and perfection can be bittersweet. Breast augmentation, like any other form of plastic surgery, can be emotional process. I know, for me, this is been the case. From long before a surgeon is decided upon, and even weeks after surgery, a certain amount of internal processing takes place. We, as the consumer, hope to read something on the Internet or hear word from a trusted friend as to who to trust this process with. I hope this review makes you say SOLD! I’m glad I trusted Dr. R. Nesmith with my cosmetic needs, And I would not hesitate to do so again in the future!

Very attentive, great followup

When I was 8 years old I had a bike accident and beneath the visible eyebrow laceration, the facial muscles were weakened. As I have aged to 63 that injured side of my face has fallen at a slightly faster rate than the other making my features asymmetrical. Dr. Neismith lifted my brow on the affected side, gave me a lower facial lift and used laser dermabrasion under my eyes. I couldn't be happier with the results. His staff members are concerned and kind. I highly recommend dr. Neismith.

Dr. Nesmith and all of his staff were a pleasure to work with. I am very happy with outcome and plan to use him again in the future.

This was my first procedure and I was very nervous. Once in the office, I was so comfortable. Every single staff member made me feel comfortable. Also, I am very sensitive to gluten, which is also in medications. The Nurse took it upon herself to research everything they were going to be administering to me and made sure that everything was gluten free to avoid complications on the table or afterwards. I really appreciated it.

Dr. Nesmith and his team are the best! I felt comfortable the entire time I was in their care. I would recommend Dr. Nesmith to all of my family and friends. I'm very happy with the results!
