Horrible!!!! I wouldn't recommend to anyone!!! Only reason I came here was cause of Saturdays and Zocdoc......Not worth it!!!!! I went in to fill in some gaps with some bonding, he rushed the whole process and had to redo it 4 times. He wouldn't focus on my treatment and would jump around to different clients rather than focusing on me and finishing the project. Couldn’t match the color, or get the right shape, the bonding was all over the place!!!!! No coordination whatsoever!!!!! Ridiculous!! Additionally, he charged me for 6 teeth while work was only done on 4. If it is anything cosmetic related, do not go here!!!!!!!! I advise!!!!! Also, he will try to up sell you on veneers!!! DO NOT COME HERE FOR COSMETIC!!!!! 1

Excellent Service. Advises on work to be done on an as needed basis. He does not try to over recommend dental work that is not currently needed, being a big follower of fix what has to be done and watchfully wait for potential future problems. I once went to one of these "corporate dental centers" where they try to sell you the equivalent of a new car when you only needed an oil change. Dr. Oklin is an honest man.

Dr. Oklin and his staff are awesome. They work together as a family to be welcoming, patient and respectful. Dr. Oklin is very knowledgeable and explains the processes with patience and compassion. If you are not totally comfortable after the procedure, he creates a time for you to come in so that he can take care of you. He makes you feel as if he does not consider his job done, until you are satisfied. I am done searching for a dentist. Found a place I can call home. No insurance, Doctor Oklin will work with you!

Dr. Richard Oklin is the BEST. He's very knowledgeable, patient and attentive. I love the family style atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. My wait time is very minimal and I've referred 2 friends already (who are now patients), and plan to refer many more in need of a good dentist. You can't go wrong with Dr. Oklin.

Had to get a filling replaced. The filling was only nine months old and it had gotten a crack. I stated to him that I wanted him to fix it for free because I mentioned that a filling should last 10 years or most of your life and that nine months later it shouldn't had cracked the dentist refused to fix it for free. I said I will report you to the American dental board and then he agreed to do it. Made me sign a waiver that if I needed a ROOT CANAL HE WOULDNT BE RESPONSIBLE. End up losing tooth! COULD NOT EAT ON TOOTH WAS SENSITIVE TO AIR, COLD AND WARMTH. DAMAGED MY TOOTH PURPOSELY BECAUSE HE DIDNT WANT TO FIX IT FOR FREE. His MISTAKE THE FIRST TIME IT WAS A CRAPPY JOB AND THAT IS WHY IT CRACKED IN UNDER 9 MONTHS. If you want your teeth STAY AWAY! UNPROFESSIONAL N NASTY TO CORRECT THEIR INCOMPETENT WORK. Had to threaten with DENTAL BOARD just to get a Yes!

He is the BEST! Dr. Rick cares about his patients and even calls you after surgeries to be sure you are doing well. I have had more than my share of dental work done. I have never been happier with a dentist. .

I have been a patient at this office fo 22 years. I think that alone speaks volumes. I could not be more satisfied with the patient care, customer service, and overall experience of the staff and Dr. Oklin. The time and attention he gives to his patience is one of a kind.

office is very uncaring. we signed a treatment contract for deep cleanings, and paid for them now the office and doctor is attempting to come back and charge more for "uncovered" charges not listed in the contract. very unprofessional
