Dr Orrick and his staff were amazingly personal and professional. I've had several root canals before this with other Docs and they were miserable experiences. This was completely pain-free!! Let me write that again COMPLETELY PAIN-FREE! I highly recommend Dr Orrick!

Excellent staff- they all work together with ease. This is what makes patients comfortable- me anyway. I know they are in sync. I had the laughing gas. The shots I did not feel at all. After that I had no worries. I didn’t hurt during or even now after- 7 hours later. I’m super impressed and will reccomend him to all.

I have severe anxiety of dental procedures. The woman at the counter, his assistant and he all explained everything in detail to me. I had the gas and they made sure I was sufficiently numb. I also told him I burn off Novacaine fast, and he listened. I was surprised that it was that easy, and completely pain free. I will recommend him to anyone who needs a root canal.

Disclaimer #1: I didn't have a procedure done (dropped this office after the first appointment), so I am not a disgruntled patient. Disclaimer #2: I have a several years experience in running a medical office. This time, however, I was a patient. After scheduling my appointment in order to get an additional procedure on an old root canal, the staff person in charge promises that she will contact my referring dentist in order to obtain my records and x-rays (taken only 10 days earlier). The night before the appointment, when I contacted the office to confirm my appointment, they had not called my dentist yet. Once I got there, they repeated the exact, identical x-ray of my tooth. Then, the endodontist showed up, looked at the x-ray and said I needed a CT scan at another one of their facilities. No oral exam, nothing else. Total duration of the visit: 10 minutes. Fully charged. Was it worth the time taken off from work and the money spent considering they could have looked at the… x-ray taken from my dentist and scheduled me directly for a CT scan ??? Poor professional ethic.

I have had 5 root canals in my life (I have horrible teeth). Dr. Orrick had to "fix" a root canal that my General Dentist messed up. Let me just say, this Dr. knows what he is doing!! I have never had a microscope used on my tooth before! He truly is state of the art!I highly recommend him!!!
