I am 31 years old. And due to him making one mistake when I was the age of 13 to 18 seeing him he actually should me how to cure myself on my own disease. Due to him testing me as a lab rat.

If I had not not gone to see Dr. Otero I would not have known that I had the problem he told me I had. I am very pleased with Dr. Otero and I will continue going back to seeing him. He is a GREAT Dr.

I was very pleased with the treatment and service I received at the San Antonio Gastroenterology Associates. The staff along with Dr. Otero were very professional and caring for me during and after my procedure. Dr. Otero has a wonderful bedside manner and caring attitude. Being in the healthcare profession myself, I appreciate good customer service!!! Keep up the good work????

Procedure went better than I expected. Dr. Otero was very personable and professional prior to exam asking me if I had any questions before I was sedated. He then followed up with me afterward to let me that all went well and again asked if I had any questions. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Was there for an upper in lower G.I. No complications and Dr Otero’s office was very professional and helpful.

Dr. Otero has been awesome. He has been my Dr for over twenty years. The registration for procedure and check in went very quickly. Everyone was professional and made you feel comfortable while waiting. Dr. Otero even came by and visited for a bit before going in. After the procedure he made a point to personally explain results. All staff involved were super.

Dr. Otero is an excellent doctor He cares for his patients and their families. He takes time to talk to them, explain things and answers any questions they might have.
