Dr. Richard Paddock, MD

I’ve been a patient of Richard’s for many years, afterward being dissatisfied with another Urologist. Dr. Paddock has been straight forward and honest with me for years. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any family or friends.

I been See Dr. Paddock seen I was 9 years old now I'm 39 years old I still see only Dr. Paddock he have did all NY surgery on my kidneys and haves took out some kidney stones he is a very good Dr.

Hubby was seen by Dr. Paddock to get started with fertility options. Waited forever to actually be seen. Didn't give any information, just pretty much that it was a lost cause. Called the office to request being able to do other tests that they should have done, and were told "oh, we don't do that." We are always told when we call that they will have him return a call, and never have heard back. Currently in the process of getting referred to a new urologist so that we will actually be taken care of.

I waited for over two hours for my appointment I eventually got tired and left. I will never go there again.

Dr. Paddock is hands down the best doctor that I have ever had. I have dealt with kidney stones for the past 10 years and he is absolutely amazing. Very straightforward, right down to business, with a splash of humor and fun mixed in there. He makes your visit very personal, making you extremely comfortable. He will walk you through your diagnosis, show you everything that is going on in your x-rays, CT scans or other test results. He will spend as much time with you as you need, answering every question you have until you understand completely. His bedside manner is superb. He was there each time I woke up from my surgeries. Super friendly with my family, did not seem to be in a rush at all. He went so far as to personally bring my mother a piece of the machine that was used in my surgery to keep for "memories". His staff is amazing as well. Very friendly, personable and always smiling and laughing. The whole office treats you like a family friend. I cannot possibly say… enough positive things about Dr. Paddock and his staff!!
