Dr. Potts is the real deal. I Appreciate all he does to help his patients and would highly recommend him.

First visit with Dr. Potts was today and have to say it was excellent all around. He’s very thorough and understanding of the medical problems that have been bothering me for a very long time. I felt that he completely understood what I’ve been going through and has an excellent insight on things. This doctor is an A+.

First visit. I have many health issues. 15, maybe 20 minutes into the visit I got the feeling he wasn’t paying attention. 5, may 7 minutes later he quickly stood up and said “I have to move on” and walked out of the room while I was still speaking to him. Did not address any of my health issues. I would highly recommend that you don’t waste your time with this poor excuse for a doctor.

Dr Potts and his staff have been exactly the perfect fit for me. He listens to me, takes the time to talk to me and figure out a solution. Never feel hurried even in these days of hustle and bustle for our healthcare professionals to make a decent living, Deservedly so. Great Dr. and nurse!! Mike M

Doctor Potts and his care for my health problems have been excellent. He has always been extremely patient to listen to what concerns and questions I have regarding my health as well as suggesting avenues to take to improve my health. He is thorough with procedures and follow ups. His bedside manner is very admirable, and professional with the assurance of the best care he can offer. Recently, I had to change primary care Doctor due to insurance change.I was referred to Dr. Potts. I saw the doctor on my schedule appointment time which was nice for the first visit and my follow up visit. I am satisfied with the care I received and now I have established a new professional relationship with Dr. Potts. By the way, Patty, his assistant, is friendly, caring and professional as well. I am glad for the reference for primary care Doctor.

Dr. Potts is a great doctor that does not cut corners when it comes to your health, I’ve been seeing him for about a year and I am healthier and in a better state of mind because of it, and his staff are the nicest most caring people, and I can literally get an appointment anytime I need to they have NEVER turned me away, even when I had forgotten about it and missed it.

The office is always friendly. There is never much of a wait time for appointments. Dr. Potts is thorough and on top of things.

Dr. Potts is insightful and has caught things that the doctors at the Veterans Administration had missed. I have been seeing him for about a year . He takes his time with you , I never felt rushed , and he takes time to explain what he feels is wrong and what his course of action he is taking . I think he is a great doctor, pleasant and cares about his patients. He is one of the good guys that will go the extra mile to get you feeling better!

Dr. Potts is a great doctor! He really cares for his patients, and will give you the best care possible. I can tell he chose his profession based on what he loves to do - care for others and offer assistance to those in need. I will keep him as my primary care physician for as long as I can! Another plus is that he has a beautiful, clean office!
