Dr. Richard Alan Reines, MD

My many experiences with him have all been positive. He recommended me to a good OB GYN after the bad experience I had. The staff got me an appointment right away and stopped sending patients to that other OB GYN practice that focuses on how many patients they can see. He has always been polite and promptly answered the phone when I had a reaction to a medication . It may be slow at times but I never heard him rush a patient out before all questions have been answered. I have referred him to my friends.

This was one of the worst Doctor experiences I have ever had. He did not listen at all. He would ask a question and then interrupt me in the middle of my answer with another question. He admitted he knew nothing about my condition. But then would not let me explain what is going on with me. He was dismissive and rude. He would no explain anything to me even when i asked direct questions. His examination had nothing to do with my ailment at all. I will be writing letters to anyone I can. No human should have to be treated like that.

You are better off going to the animal hospital across the street. The office is dirty, smells and there were two roaches in the exam room. He is rude, smells, and pays no attention to what you are saying. He is nothing but a as Dr. who is paid 175 by disability to give you an unfavorable report. Seeing patients is a front.
