If I can give a 0 star I will A special needs Dentist is suppose to give you more time and have more staff first of all he packs the office with patients spends no time with the special needs patients and has no extra staff toke my son for a cleaning does not clean his teeth looks in his mouth and rubs a cotton ball with some type of solution by Colgate and I said are you going to clean his teeth and he said that he needs to be sedated at the paoli hospital then I called his office to make and appointment for my son to be sedated at the paoli hospital and the secretary said a year and a half wait I have taken my son to other special needs Dentist and they always clean his teeth they have more staffing and always gives more time then they move out to the city I only went to this Dentist cause he is located in the suburbs this Dentist claims he has been in practice for 35 yrs he should know better Dr Rosenthal is a scammer ,and takes advantage of the disabled

If I could give a zero rating I would! HORRIBLE... He Dr. Rosenthal is scamming the medicaid system and taking advantage of the disabled! NEVER CLEANS THEIR TEETH! Just rubs a polisher over them for 10 seconds and then rubs on Flouride! Thats the entire cleaning! UNREAL ! SCAMMER ! Reported him for fraud! ***Don't go to this provider for special needs patients!

My son had gone to Dr. Rosenthal for 3 years and he never found one cavity. One week after going to his ofc. for his 6 month checkup where again he found no cavities, I actually found one with my own probe and took him back to his ofc. and told him to check the tooth. He again said he couldn't see it and I took his probe and showed him where the big hole was!!! When I asked for an X ray of his tooth, he seemed confused. I don't think he knew how to use the machine. I took him to another dentist who found several more cavities. So, no, worst dentist ever.

After seeing Dr. Rosenthal a month before, we found that my daughter had a bad cavity that obviously had been there for quite some time. She had to see a dentist while we were on vacation and he found several more cavities! During the time she saw Dr. Rosenthal he never found one cavity. I would not recommend him. He also never gave a thorough cleaning.
