Dr. Richard Arthur Roski, MD

Worst experience I have had with a doctor. Very rushed and left after talking for 1 minute (if that) and never returned. Asked staff if he was coming back in to answer questions, he did and was very demeaning, rude and acted annoyed that I wanted to ask questions. I asked basically what the plan was and he said he ordered an EMG for my leg symptoms when I reported earlier that I am 70% concerned about my back and 30% for the leg during pre screen. I asked about my 3 cysts on S1-S2 and he said that wouldn’t explain my symptoms because S1-S2 is the front of the leg (Incorrect) and argued with me. I followed up with an additional question asking what I can do for my back pain that is affecting my ability to work because I need to help others as I am a physical therapist. He proceeded to walk away mid sentence... very rude, arrogant, rushed, poor knowledge and terrible at patient care. Would not recommend!!!

I am in debilitating pain from an injury to my neck. On MRI it doesn't appear serious, "just a bulging disc and hemangioma', doc says, "everyone gets them". I went to him hoping he would want to dig deeper to figure out what is going on. I asked questions and he had no answers. Instead he acted confused, asked why I was there, treated me like I was seeking medication, was dismissive, and not empathetic or compassionate at all. Seems like a nice man, but as a neurosurgeon, I wouldnt recommend if you need someone to really investigate what is going on.

I had had surgery in my home state and the surgeon did not remove the cyst completely. I was in severe pain. I was popping morphine and Percocet pills. When I went to Cleveland Clinic in Florida, the neurologists immediately brought in Dr. Roski. He was warm and took his time with us by showing me my before MRI's which I had brought and my MRI they had ordered. He explained everything to us and scheduled surgery. When I woke up from surgery I was pain free. No more nerve pain shooting down my leg. Dr. Roski visited me the night of my surgery in my room and again the next morning. He did an awesome job on me! He does lots of "re-dos" according to the staff and he sure did a good job for me. I would highly recommend him.
