I asked him about contact lenses years ago and he screamed at me for asking and said it was a separate exam, separate charge. Very rude and unprofessional doctor.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Ross for over 30 years and have complete confidence in him. He explains what he's going to do and what to expect when numbing the eye for the glaucoma test and when dilating the pupils. No surprises for us. My son has also gone to him when he was in school and he was also very pleased.

This was probably the rduest office I have ever been in The doctor was even worse than his hired help. He screwed my husband eye surgery now he can not see out of that eye..............DONT GO TO THIS DR

I called to ask questions about the diagnosis and he evaded answers like the plague. it's like i had to play guess work with him and ask him after supplying the answer myself. What is that? as it was he didn't offer other options but surgery and subsequently i found out other options from an OPTOMETRIST.

dr. ross is the best ophthalmologist i have ever been to. he is obviously very intelligent (went to ivy league schools) and truly cares about his patients. i have recommended him to a family member and also a coworker because i really trust him.
