Dr. Richard Arnold Roy, MD

My husband and I have high regard for Dr. Roy. Several years back my husband had a high PSA count and diagnosed with prostate cancer. Dr. Roy was not only professional while we were going through this ordeal but recommended a plan of action which ultimately provided us with a successful outcome. He dispelled our fears and anxiety by remaining calm while explaining the details of the plan. Phil is doing great and had no trouble at all with the biopsy or treatment. Thanks Dr. Roy for your expertise and your kind bedside manner with your patients and their families!

DR Roy Has been good with me diagnosing my illness and getting me into surgery promply

I left his practice a long time ago. Seems like he was not very concerned about me as a patient. He was more concerned to getting back to watching the Williams sisters playing tennis on TV. He also did surgery on me & didn't bother to tell me that they may put a stent in me, he did & I was off work for 2 months. A few years later I went to the VA to see a urologist, found out he was there, so I walked out. Then about 3 years ago he showed up at the hospital doing a follow up on me from surgery. Didn't know that he joined the group of urologists that I was seeing at the time. Needless to say I have been reluctant to go back if I know he works there. He seems he's one of those doctors that want you to keep coming back so he can get more money.
