Dr. Richard E Ryncarz, MD

My experience with the doctor has been good as far as my medical treatment. However, I continue to get billed for a 45 dollar co-pay that I made on the day of my visit. The first time I was billed, I sent the invoice back with a copy of my cancelled check. The second time, I showed up at the office, and the front desk people assured me it would be taken care of. Now today, I get yet my third notice, this one threatening collection. Now I have to spend yet more time responding to try to take care of this. The office workers and third party billers are incompetent. Save yourself some grief and go elsewhere, it's not worth it.-Mark Swearingen, Martins Ferry, Ohio.

Dy. Ryncarz is extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. Was able to explain specifics about sleep apnea and described my coming sleep study in great detail.

This doctor here is the best that I had ever had. He tells it like it is and he doe s not hold back anything. If you can't handle the truth this doctor isn't for you. He doesn't mean to hurt anybody's feelings but he tells it like it is and I wouldn't have a doctor that doesn't tell me the truth. I been with this doctor going on three years and I would recommend him highly. He cares about his patients and he has a good bedside manners once you get use to him and he and he shows that he cares about his patients the way he doesn't go home till almost midnight if not later till he sees all of his patients. Like the hospital rate chart on a scale of 1-10 ten being the best I would give this doctor a ten plus. I recommend this doctor HIGHLY.

Dr. Ryncarz, Realy takes his time with a paitent and is very considerate of the family. Will answer any question you have and exsplain what he wants to do and why. In my opinion there isn't another lung doctor I would go to or one I would rate better than him.

Excellent bedside manner. Takes his time speaking with patient and family. Very thorough. Answers all questions. Genuinely cares about his patients. I owe this man my life.
