The video telemedicine appointment worked very well. Dr. Schumann provided helpful information and he answered my questions.

Our video call did not work out but the provider called me on a regular phone line and we were able to discuss issues- he didn't just give up because the video call did not work. I'm not sure I understand the purpose of a video call when a regular conversation works just as well.

Dr. Schumann was very thorough and informative.

So many times, a doctor does not listen to the patient. He knows what needs to be done no matter what the patient wants to say or bring up. However, that is not Dr. Schumann! He listen to me and then showed me the report of what is going on. Showed that there was definitely a concern that I had. I brought up other points and he explained each one of them and again took me very seriously. I really appreciate Dr. schumann!

ZERO STARS. I visited Richard Schumann and was extremely disappointed with my experience. He misdiagnosed me and told me that I was perfectly fine when I had a severe neurological condition. His lack of attention to detail and expertise led me to suffer for a year (and counting), thinking that everything was alright. He was not willing to listen to my concerns and didn't take the time to properly diagnose me. He seemed more interested in getting me out of his office than in providing an accurate diagnosis. I would not recommend Richard Schumann to anyone, and I advise others to be very cautious before seeking treatment from him. He is not a professional in his field and does not take the patients' concerns seriously.

This person Does not Know anything. He is Dumb and wants to put patients on meds without diagnosing them. he looks dizzy and sleepy all the time. Be aware people!!!!!!!!!!!! he just collects your money and doesn't care about your health. he is a good businessman not a Doctor!
