Upon receiving his BA from Ohio State University, Dr. Sherman earned his D.D.S from the Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine. He completed his general practice residency at the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Sherman maintains the private practice of Torrey Pines Dental Arts, located on the campus of Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla. He is affiliated with numerous organizations, including the Academy of General Dentistry, American Orthodontic Society, International Academy of Comprehensive Aesthetics and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. , Dr. Sherman is on the faculty of UCSD and volunteers his time with the UCSD Free Dental Clinic.
