Dr. Richard Robert Stout, MD

Knowledgeable eye Doctor, but his bedside manner could use some work. My first visit l felt that he was mad at me, he seemed annoyed and frustrated and l felt it directed at me.

I think he's a great md, the co-pay makes the visit too expensive

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The doctor apologized for keeping me waiting longer than usual ( how often does that happen) He never rushed the consultation and gave me statistics concerning my condition and clear instructions. I strongly recommend him.

I was worried about my eyes but the doctor and his staff were knowledgable and professional. I'm feeling better thanks to Dr. Stout and his staff. All my questions were answered and I highly recommend this doctor.

The assistants in the office were not very friendly. Office receptionist was not very discreet. Doctor's assistant was very rude and did not ask me if she could push my head to the eye machine. She just pushed my head towards it.The assistants was very agressive and sent me on my way with nothing to say to me and they were not very polite. They did not ask me if I would like to purchase glasses or No hello, may I help you" when customers arrive, or have a nice day when they left for the day leaving me with the eyeglass sells person. The eyeglasses they sell are so expensive, please don't buy them there.

Really appreciated the time this doc spent with me, did not seem rushed to get onto next patient. Very much appreciated his genuine interested in my well being and taking time to answer all of my questions.

most dr will treat a problem, Dr Stout Just don"t treat you and send you on your he lets you know what, why, & how
