Do NOT see this one. Avoid him just as you would avoid drinking poison. You don't want what happened to ME to happen to YOU, believe me. I will regret FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE that I ever saw him. Don't risk his ruining YOUR life by ruining YOUR health. Patients have a responsibility to warn each other.....

Very helpful great listener easy going friendly. When ever need refill for RX or Lab orders really never have to wait. I recommend him to anyone.

I love Dr. Tate. He is always prompt unless the patient ahead of me holds him up,then the nurse usually informs me.He takes time to really hear what your concerns are.Dr.Tate actually enjoys caring for patients & that shows through in his bedside manner. I strongly encourage a visit with him.You will not be sorry!

I was going to a drop in clinic before switching to Dr. Tate, so the wait time doesn't seem too long to me. I feel comfortable with Dr. Tate, and I thought he took a good approach to my health problem, which is now under control.

I really like Dr Tate, He has a wonderful bedside manner but I have had several instances where I can't get follow up information. Scheduling tests, getting test results, getting return phone calls all take at least a week each. It is very frustrating when trying to get a diagnosis
