I saw Dr. Vivero as I was dealing with a hoarse voice for a long time after a cold. I did not want to go to my general practitioner but rather see a specialist to see what I can do. Dr. Vivero is listed as an in-network doctor with my insurance. He had a brief look into my throat with a camera - this visit cost me $580. We called that the billing department as the EOBs listed "surgery" as they confirmed that this would classify as a surgery and is the correct billing code and the associated contracted rate. The entire visit was 5 minute long. I am surprised by the raving reviews here as Dr. Vivero had little time for me and felt rushed. Overall, an unpleasant experience.

Dr. Vivero is a very caring, knowledgeable, friendly doctor, he listens and offers options and solutions with a sense of confidence that makes one feel they are in good hands. I have family members and friends that have recommended him and they were right! I also recommend him.

Dr. Vivero is thorough and efficient in his diagnoses and procedures. He clearly explains his findings and involves the patient in the plan for treatment. I always feel that I am in good hands when I leave the examination room.

I have been seeing Dr Vivero for approximately 7 years he is very professional and extremely talented ENT specialist. His diagnostic and clinical skills are second to none. His office is run the way an office should appointments are as scheduled no waiting. He takes time with each of his patients and explains everything. This Dr diagnosed Laryngeal Cancer treated and followed up. I am very grateful to Dr Vivero he saved my life.

a month ago he perform a procedure to to open the pathways of the sinuses and clear blockages. it was done as his office. less than an hour, most of the time waiting for the anesthesia to take effect. results amazing. little bleeding, no pain. last visit today for last follow up. all 100 percent good. the office staff is awesome as well. highly recommend. Frederick.
