I've been going to Dr. Jackson on and off for most of my life and especially in the last 5 or 6 years. He has been by far the best Doctor I have ever had. He genuinely cares for his patients and hes super easy to open up to. I'd suggest anyone to go see him. Prices can be spendy to some but every dollar is worth it in my opinion.

I have been going to Dr Jackson for 20 years. He is a caring physician that seems to take an interest in his patients. He is not the least expensive alternative in caregiving in that he joined the MDVIP group which carries with it an additional annual premium, but included as a service at this cost is an extensive annual physical and associated testing. MDVIP privileges also include same day appointments, after hours accessibility directly to the doctor via cell phone and virtually no wait times over 10 minutes.

I absolutely would not go to this office or see Dr. Jackson. He's more concerned with making money and selling his CDs than he is seeing patients. His CD's sit on the desk as you check out, oh, and the constant infomercials that play in EVERY exam room and the ads he has posted in the same rooms, for all the cosmetic surgeries and various other "services" he provides. I've been in his office and seen him literally turn and walk in another direction to avoid contact with a patient. He is in and out as quick as he can when he actually DOES see patients, making no time to actually talk to the people he's seeing. His office staff is rude and unhelpfull to the point of treating people like a nuisance. If you have an emergency over the weekend, don't expect a response from his office on Monday. They will tell you that they "get hundreds of emails over the weekend and will respond to them in the order in which they're received". Which means, if you are calling to get them to respond to an… urgent matter and TELL them they have a fax sitting there that just needs the Dr.'s signature, you won't get it. Oh and by the way, he only signs those at night before he's leaving for the day. So don't expect to be able to get further help if you need it. If you have an appointment, don't expect them to be punctual. Cause they aren't. Ever. I've sat there for over an hour without any kind of explaination (again, awesome office staff). I've also been stuck sitting in their exam room for over an hour without an explaination and without anyone coming in to communicate what was going on or how long we should expect to sit there. I would avoid him and this practice, unless, you're after an awful medical experience... or you want his CD.

From the staff to the Doctor, everyone was a bit too weird for my liking. They made me feel very uncomfortable and I really did not get the impression that Dr. Jackson was focused on my issue. He seemed preoccupied with other matters.

Dr Jackson took a great deal of time with me discussing my situation. I felt as if someone finally cared to listen. He is by far the best doctor I've ever been to.

Most of the staff was great, Dr's visit seemed rushed I felt he had one foot out the door. Did not hear back on results of report that was going to be set out.
