Dr. Rick J. Pumill, MD

If you’re concerned about your heart, this is the wrong place to go. I saw the doctor over a month ago, and he told me I needed a heart scan right away. After a week of hearing nothing, I called the office. It turned out they had sent my information to the wrong place. They told me I’d hear back from someone the next day. That was over three weeks ago—and still nothing. This is unacceptable for something as serious as a heart condition.

Wow. Dr. Pumill introduced himself as "Rick Pumill" and right away, I knew I would like him. After he asked me a few questions and listened to my heart, it was "class time." With a magic marker and whiteboard, he explained and illustrated! my condition -- vaso vagal syncope. He ROCKED that lesson!!! He also answered all my questions. He was unhurried. He didn't have his hand on the doorknob. I got the sense that he really enjoys helping his patients understand their conditions. He said informed patients are apt to be more compliant. But I think that he inspires by example. He's such an EXCELLENT doctor, it makes you want to do your best as a patient! Everyone on his staff was inspiring as well -- I was treated by warm, caring professionals from the moment I entered until I checked out. This practice is a five-star performance all the way. THANK YOU, Dr. Pumill, Rosemary, Rosa, and the medical assistant, whose name I didn't get (sorry!), but was SO good and SO thoughtful. You guys… ROCK!!!!!!!

Dr Pumill was very attentive to my needs. He explained in full detail what I needed to do and then refer me to a specialist.

As they say, it's like finding a needle in a haystack. That was my thinking when it came to finding a doctor. When I first met Dr.Pumill I was floored and amazed ! He is one incredible doctor, more so a caring human being. When was the last time,or anytime for that matter, you are happy to have an appointment with a medical doctor ?!! Doctor Pumills bedside matter is from his heart. You always leave feeling secure and great with all his advice, never feel rushed, and he always gives you his attention ! He listens and takes action.
