Dr. Reynolds will thoroughly follow diagnostic protocols, but he has been extremely difficult and frustrating to deal with. From arrogance and belittling remarks to attempts to pass off any request/question/concern to primary care doctors, Dr. Reynolds is quite possibly the worst provider I have ever worked with. I wish I could have the 1.5 years I saw him for back.

My friend was referred to this doctor because of recent seizure activity and this was the only doctor that could get her in in a reasonable time to find out why she was having what's called absent seizures. She gets to his office where he is absolutely RUDE to her and tells her that it doesn't matter that she has kept up with her seizure activity and that she probably would lose her license. He scheduled her for an MRI but didn't ask if she had a problem with claustrophobia etc. He didn't seem concerned for her well being which is something doctors are lacking now. His bed side manner was HORRIBLE and he showed no compassion for her or the fact that she was scared! Neurology is something that you would think people would have a little compassion for their patients. Any healthcare profession should show some sort of compassion for their patients. Just because you pass the test, doesn't make you a good doctor. We will be finding her another neurologist who CARES for their patients!… Shame on you Dr. Reynolds for being such a jerk!!! Taco Bell is always hiring!
