Dr. Rihab Zain Kheir, MD

I have seen this doctor and I cannot tell you how frustrated. She and her front desk are very slow, almost incompetent. I had my primary doc send in my labs twice and called to double check that they received them and what happens? When i go to my appt, they didn’t have my labs. The doctor is in no way apologetic and told me to wait so she can figure out where she saw them last, well I waited for 45 min before I was seen AND I WAS THE ONLY PATIENT. During my visit, the only medical suggestion she had for me was to take tylenol for my joint pain. I’ve read other similar reviews online, she just doesn’t provide good advice. I quickly got another referral from my pcp and I’m seeing a better doctor. Read her reviews before going, she was a waste of my time

Getting in was easy and she was patient with explaining everything. However the staff at the front desk is horrible. She is in Mckinney TX now where I saw her.
