Dr. Rima Michel Nasser

Dr Nasser operated on my knees a few years ago and changed my life. The first surgery went so well that i only waited 4 weeks to get the other one replaced. Everyone was telling me it was going to be painful but it went very smoothly. She was one of the sweetest most caring people I have ever met. She operated on half our department and everyone loved her. We were all sad when she left Evanston and I was Googling her to see where she is now because I wanted to send one of my friend to her and saw that someone had put in a bad review. My collegue got hit by a car when she was on her bicycle and broke her ankle and Dr Nasser fixed it and she is doing great.

She operated on my leg and ankle and put them together wrong. My foot was permanently rolled down and out. I knew it was wrong when I came up from surgery but she wouldn't address it (for months though I asked at every appointment). Went to new surgeon and had to have everything rebroken and new hardware too. She never referred me on for a second opinion even though she knew my leg would never heal like this.
