My experience was great! The staff made me feel comfortable. Dr. Rini had great bedside manners and explained thoroughly the findings on my colonoscopy. I would definitely recommend her services!

She is the best doctor.

Poor customer service and care. I'm extremely disappointed that after having a procedure I couldn't even get the courtesy or respect of a response to my question and concern. I both messaged the doctor in the patient portal and then followed up several days later with a phone call to the office only to have to follow up again the next week with another phone call and to still be waiting over two weeks later for a response. That's obviously not a physician that is really concerned or cares about her patients and not one I could trust or respect who doesn't even provide the decency or respect enough for her patients to follow up after a procedure and address an important concern or question. Communication is just as important as and in my opinion is/should be synonymous with care. If I can't get questions answered and am treated as if I don't have any value or importance and am simply to be ignored or gotten around to maybe a month or two or three later that is extremely poor customer… service and care and unacceptable particularly when my health and life could depend upon it.

Dr. Abraham is the best! She's listens to you and explains everything. She makes you feel very comfortable and also follows up after procedure. Will be recommending her to family and friends.

Dr. Abraham is awesome. She's very smart. conscientious, and has great people skills. She is thorough with her exams, and followed up with me with results right away. Can't recommend her enough.
