I waited months for an appointment only to basically be told my previous ultrasound was too old (bc I had to wait months for an appointment) and I had to pay for another ultrasound and wait almost three more months. Then when I asked for one additional blood test - T3 - which my insurance covers, this doctor wouldn't order it despite people at his office saying it shouldn't have been a problem. He didn't help me figure out my symptoms at all, was rude and dismissive and decided that he'd rather lose me as a patient than order one additional blood test. Doctors are supposed to help you feel better, but all this doctor did was make me even more disillusioned with the healthcare system and make me question my use of the Henry Ford system in general. He made me lose hope that I'll ever feel better, and offered no explanation or caring at all.
