Expected more from a doctor of this caliber. Not a very friendly doctor in my opinion, didn't even try to unravel what might be hurting or happening with my eyes, and did not give any & I mean any information as to advice, or possible cause, or prognosis, or options; nothing to help me understand, nor how to deal with my condition. I had to ask all the questions during his short visit to get anything out of him, with many questions unanswered and my concerns dismissed. Really was disheartening and a waste of time and money, as well as embarrassing to share my experience with others who ask how it went.

Dr. Singh ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!Unlike most doctors, he doesn't have an inflated ego AND he really DOES care about you; as a human being. WOW!He encourages you to participate in your diagnosis and treatment plan. Here's the real SHOCKER: He actually values your input and considers it when making decisions.This singular, most important, philosophical principle is extremely empowering. Consider how your perspective changes when you are transformed from a scared and helpless patient into a valued team member. Yes, this DOES make a difference; especially when you are fighting with every ounce of energy you can muster. Dr. Singh goes with you, right to the front line, and he's "got your back" battling one of the most dreaded and debilitating human conditions: losing your vision.He is also well prepared for this battle. He equips our team with wisdom and knowledge gleaned from an incessant review of professional journals that publish the latest cutting-edge medical treatments, surgical… interventions, research, clinical trials, and what's coming down the pipeline.If it was possible for a human to have truly altruistic motivations and possess unquestionable credentials, then that individual may have justification for pompous behavior. My journey has been long, my fight arduous. Along the way, I have met a multitude of healthcare professionals. In my opinion, there exist only two individuals that have earned the right to be pompus; Dr. Singh and Dr. Lewis. But guess what? Neither is even remotely so.Dr. Singh possesses a wealth of information and experience but somehow manages to stay firmly grounded. He is a warm and compassionate professional. Dr. Singh and Dr. Lewis demonstrate a level of knowledge and depth of compassion (often conflicting qualities) unparalleled by any physician I've ever known.Rock on, Dr. Singh
