Dr. Rita Krishan Dhawan, MD

Office staff is very helpful. Dr Dhawan is very professional and spends enough time. She had to refer me a cardiologist and the front desk got me all the information for it. They grt you in a short notice too.

I scheduled a 9:1am5 appointment and got in early at 9:00am (so I could fill out paperwork for my 1st appt). The Dr. came in late about 9:20ish but then instead seeing me she spent time on the phone - I was pretty much the first patient in and 2 or 3 other patients showed up after me. Eventually after 10am I asked the receptionist what was going on ... soon I was shown into a room - on my way I saw teh Dr. chatting on the phone. I got a good diagnosis and medicine was head on appointment. Later that month I scheduled by husband around lunch time. He reported that he had to wait 1.5 hrs and though he worked on his laptop that kind of wait time is simply unacceptable. He said he told tehreceptionist he could wait any longer and was leaving and immediately got shown in. In any case we switched doctors.
