Dr. Rita Eileen Fisler

Talks down to you and is rude and unprofessional. After waiting an hour to see her. She rushed through the appointment and was rude and slammed the door on her way out. Would never go back and do not recommend.

We had issues with this Doctor every time. Impatient, rude and completely unprofessional. The office is not well organized as well... prescription delays and repeating errors. I would recommend to avoid.

Dr, Fisler was able to diagnose and treat skin conditions that I had seen 2 other doctors for. Her staff is friendly and helpful as well. When I didn't understand something, I felt she took the time to explain things to me. I had an issue with the price of the prescription and she had her staff take care of it.

We had constant issues with this doctor and her staff. They were disorganized and slow to respond to prescriptions requests. I found myself having to give the same consents and info over and over. I don't know if the nurse just wasn't writing things down. They incorrectly kept sending us for unnecessary blood work (joy), which cost us extra time and money, wish I had plenty of both, but really who has extra of either. She's a good doctor but her staff made it impossible to keep seeing her. Plenty of good derms whose staffs don't waste our time and money on unnecessary tasks. Be warned, the lab manager told us they have this problem ALL the time with this office...while she waited for 45 minutes on hold with the office, so they wasted her time too!

Working with Dr. Fisler has been an amazing experience. She's attentive, caring, knowledgeable, and very involved in my care. Appointments are easy to schedule and the only time I waited for more than 15 minutes was when I accidently mixed up my appointment time. Dr. Fisler was able to help when the first dermatologist I saw merely told me she didn't know what the problem was and tried to sell me an unnecessary $150 cooling gel. I would highly recommend her.

I have been a patient of hers for about five years. She personally alerted me that I had a melanoma and was she was very concerned that I get prompt attention. I feel fortunate to have her checking my entire body for any skin cancers.

The entire experience was positive, from the receptionist, to nurses, to Dr. Fisler. Dr. Fisler performed a minor surgery on my face. I have no scar whatsoever. I would definitely see her again.

Dr. Fisler was polite, but she never had time to see me. I had to wait 1 hour 30 mins during one appointment. Most of the time, I was only able to see her less-experienced physician's assistant, even when complications arised. Neither of them were able to solve my skin problem, and I left my final appointment being told they couldn't do anything for my infected, open wound. It has now become a large, unsightly scar. I regret spending all those months under their care and giving them my trust.

Dr. Fisler has a bedside manner that is second to none. She cares about the results of the surgery and how everything will look and that you are comfortable with the outcome. She follows through with her patients and her staff is like family
