Dr. Rita Goldvug, MD

I tried a new doctor because she was near my house but lesson learned! I am not saying that Dr. R.Goldvug. is a bad doctor because I simply don't know. However being a medical professional myself, the function of their office is very unprofessional. They don't care about people ! People are very unfriendly , nobody is saying even hello! They close office early than the hours on the door. Nobody could assist with Portal set up, they simply told me that they cannot fix it. The office always empty without patients which say a lot about the doctors in that office. They don't care! Do yourself a favor and see anyone else.

I have known the wonderful Dr. Rita Goldvug since 2003 and have been under her supervision from now on. From the start I was struck by her diagnostic skills. No one could relieve my suffering for 15 years, but she could! The doctor immediately found the cause of my pain and prescribed the appropriate medication. Since then, this topic is closed. My wife Inga and I highly appreciate her attentive attitude to patients of the “advanced” age, who have a whole bunch of acquired diseases. She really listens to what people say to her. And indeed, it is pleasant to look at such a pretty doctor! In the same office doctors-specialists work: cardiologist Dr. Milcevic and pain management specialist Dr. Raufov. Here is a specialist! He sympathizes with the patient and really helps with pain. I can not fail to say about Dr. Goldvug's beautiful office where Laura reigns at the front desk, and the patients are first received by the skillful nurses Dilja, Jessica and others Three years ago Novel… Medicine opened a physical therapy center where I was several times. Skillful, sensitive and tender hands work wonders. Coleen Alunan, Zhenya, Jenny, Nicky, Rupert, etc. are unique specialists in massage, acupuncture, ultrasound and laser techniques, etc. Those who live in Queens - go to Novel Medicine- Dr. Goldvug's practice! *****

If you are looking for a designer medical office, no. This isn't the place to go. If you are looking for a wonderful doctor this is the place you should be at. I have multiple medical issues and see multiple doctors. Every single test that I take Dr. Godvug wants to know about and get the results so she can coordinate treatment. I even got a call from the receptionist to see if I followed through with an appointment because they didn't get the results. She is also non-judgemental. I felt comfortable talking to her about my medical issues. I was assigned Dr. Goldvug by my insurance company. When that happens, it can be hit and miss. I lucked out and would choose her even if my insurance company didn't assign her.

Lack of knowledge by staff. Small rooms and overcrowded.

my mom did not have a pleasant experience at the office. The doctor did not give her attention to my mom. Dr. Rita just did not take time to talk with my mom. My mom got there 5 minutes earlier, but Dr. Rita Goldvug took other patients instead of my mom. She made my mom wait for 1 HOUR! What kind of doctor is that? My mom asked for a blood test so Dr. Rita had one of her assistants or nurses to do for my mom. Guess what? The assistant or nurse seemed like a rookie because she couldn't find her vein-- so my mom had to show her where. My mom is Deaf-- she can speak Russian well, but Dr. Rita did not make any eye contact with my mom. My mom had to ask her for a gynecologist, so Dr. Rita just wrote her a referral letter to see a specialist. Dr. Rita Goldvug just sent her out. My mom did not feel safe there anymore--- she felt completely neglected by her own physician or medical practitioner. Dr. Rita Goldvug owes my mom a big apology. Her decision and behavior was not acceptable at all.

Professional, friendly, and accurate.

Dr. Goldvug is thorough, caring, and interested in your care. I am very glad I found her as a doctor and have recommended her several times!

She is one of the best doctor,very kind and professional.I recommend her to everyone.
