Dr. Rita Jain, MD

This is a very compassionate Dr that takes time to listen to Everything I have to say. Then she works with what you say and her expertise to implement a program (which she continually keeps adjusting) to provide the best options for your treatment. Her Nurse Practitioner Brenda is also just as spectacular. I highly recommend this practice. NH-C

I have never been so disappointed from a Dr. than with Dr. Rita Jain. WOW!!! I specifically did a blood work because I was having some issues. I have expressed before that I pay my copay of $45.00 just to see her. She seems to want to send in her Nurse Practitioner all the time. And she is in the office with no other patients. I am the only patient at that time in the whole office! The nurse practitioner comes in with NO records, just a piece of paper, and she starts asking me what I weight. Well, if she looked at what the nurse just did.. and looked at my medical records, she would know that answer. She had nothing to say other than go do some exercise! I know something is wrong, and she definitely was NOT a professional. And Dr. Rita Jain should be taking care of her patients, especially if she has the office empty. I also called the day before to see if I needed to take time off work and pay the $45.00 co pay because of my bloodwork. They said, Yes! You definitely need to come see… Dr. Jain, she needs to talk with you. So they made me take time off work, pay the $45.00 JUST TO TELL ME TO GO DO EXERCISE! VERY DISAPOINETED IN SUCH LOUSY SERVICE!

My Internal Medicine MD recommended her when I critically needed a referral for a doctor of her specialty. She is caring, knowledgeable, concerned about her patient's care, never in a hurry, punctual, and has an excellent bedside manner. I should know, she came to see me in the hospital when I needed her.

Being diagnosed with Diabetes is scary. My first appointment at Dr. Jain's office included a meeting with a Diabetes Educator (Susan). Teamwork like that made me feel confident about living successfully with the disease...which I am now, thanks to Dr. Jain and Susan.

During a routine exam for diabetes, Dr. Jain noticed an abnormality with my thyroid. It turned out to be cancer, which was removed by another physician. That was 5 years ago and I'm still cancer free. Thank you, Dr. Jain.

Staff was very rude

I can see that some of these posts donâ??t understand endocrinology. If you donâ??t help the doctor then you canâ??t help yourself. Dr. Jain is a caring doctor that will get your issue under control. However you the patient must do the work. Just taking an Rx isnâ??t the fix. She can tailor what will work for you. Her guidance is just the best.

Don't believe the other posts. Dr. Jain is very courteous, knowledgeable, and usually sees patients within 20 minutes of their appointment. She and her staff are very caring and she only dismisses patients who repeatedly don't show up for their scheduled appointment.

I don't like Dr. Jain's personality. She is very unfriendly, very uninterested in me and rude to me because I don't handle my illness likes SHE thinks I should. I can't afford frequent office visits but she won't give me a Rx if I don't come every three months. Her staff is very rude and I really hate going to her but have few other choices. I pay her to be my doctor because I need by Rx to live. I don't pay her to threaten me or tell me what to do and withhold my Rx if I don't.

Dr. Jain is a great endocrinologist and her office staff is very courteous. She spends a long time with patients and was the only doctor to get my Diabetes controlled.
