Sorry to spoil the party of five star Google reviews here but here’s my story: I came to Dr Landman as a very controlled diabetic. My A1c ranges from 5.8 to 6.2 every year. Every time my yearly visit came up she would always try to change what was working saying it was too low. That’s why we have glucose sensors to wake us up if it gets too low So there was no need to change anything it was fine She adjusted the insulin intake and now I’ve been stuck in a loop of high glucose readings for the last six months and I can’t get out of it The lesson here is you don’t change what’s not broken Other than that, she’s a fine doctor, but she needs to stop changing things that don’t need to be changed especially with a diabetic that’s dealt with the disease for 50 years. I think I know what I’m doing. This has made me extremely skeptical of the practice going forward,,, she doesn’t want you to Text her on her cell phone even if it’s an emergency Guess what ? you’re a doctor, You should be on… call when your patients need you or somebody should be And that’s not happening at this practice at all I’m in a limousine business and if I told my customers not to text me Because you’re bothering me, I’d be out of business If you don’t like the text messages get out of the business then ! Time for a change

As a new known hypothyroid patient I was given a lab slip that only requested TSH and T4. Incorrectly she assumes that everyone correctly converts TSH to T3. I don't pay to see a 'specialist' when a primary doctor can deal out meds for easy to treat issues. AVOID!

Staff is not as fabulous I’ve been seeing Dr Landman for over 6 years and I’ve never had a doctor take as much time with you to make sure you understand everything. Always answers your questions. However the office staff and the phone system they have can be very frustrating. That is the only downside.

Sue, (Dr. Landman's nurse) was rude, aggressive, and unprofessional on the phone. She interrupted me multiple times and actually raised her voice so that she could be heard yelling thru the phone. Her tone was agitated and hostile. I interrupted her to tell her that I didn't appreciate the way she was speaking to me and she became more irate. I told her that I was disappointed in her unprofessional demeanor and she hung up on me. I asked to speak to the Dr. several times and have not received a call back. I have never been treated so poorly and will not be going back to see Dr. Landman as a result. I hope that Dr. Landman is able to see this review and addresses the issue with her staff so that it never happens again. Absolutely appalling, in my opinion.

First visit today. Dr. Is very smart, extremely knowledgeable about recent developments and took the time to explain my condition. Office staff was efficient and very helpful. Five stars!

What a wonderful doctor. She spends time with you and explains everything in layman terms. The office staff is also great. Can't ask for more than that.

Love the doctor, HATE the office.

Dr. Landman is stellar in every way as my doctor in monitoring my thyroid condition which involves several nodules requiring a variety of different types of evaulations. She is highly organized, reviews my charts with me thoroughly and explains carefully, to my understanding,our next step and the timeframe for it. My experience is that the office operation, most importantly getting to speak with her or clarifying information through staff at front desk or via a phone call is almost impossible. Most often requiring that they call back which coomplicates an already awkward situation. Dr. Landman herself is quite the opposite of the confusion and it just makes the situation stand out even more.

Dr. Landman is a great doctor. She knows her stuff. But what I really like is the team approach to my care. She always seeks my input on treatments and will suggest alternatives if I have objections or concerns. I have been diabetic for over 20 years and had always had difficulties keeping my blood glucose under control. I started seeing Dr. Landman about 5 years ago and have had excellent control since.
