Dr. Starritt has taken care of my husband and I for the many years. She loves what she does and you can tell by the way she treats her patients and her staff. Her staff loves working with her and we have loved being her patients. I have followed her from office to office over the past several years and would drive out of my way to find such a caring smart doctor.

In general I like female doctors better as they tend to listen more and seem to have a little more time for patients. I really like Dr Starritt. I have a skin condition that I have had about 5 years. I have been to several internists and a few dermatologist. They have all given me different creams to try and some have helped but the rash never went away. When I saw Dr Starritt, I was there for a different reason but mentioned it in my medical history and she took a peek and referred me immediately for a biopsy. She told me she didn’t want me to freak out but she thought it might be Pagett’s disease ( a weird type of cancer). It was and I was able to get treatment. She saved my life and she wasn’t even my primary doctor.

Dr. Starritt was pleasant until I disagreed with her recommendation, then she treated me very disrespectfully!

My wife has been trying to get me to change to her doctor for a few years because my doctor was always late and rushed when he saw me. I did not want to see a female but the wife eventually got me to go. What can I say? She was right. Dr Starritt was on time, frank and explained things to me in a straight forward fashion. She told me some things that I did not want to hear, but was honest and told me what I needed to do to be healthy

Dr. Starritt was my doctor from the time she opened her practice in 1996 at Rose Medical Center. I really loved her and since she closed her private practice this summer, I have visited the other doctors there as well as a few others and have not found anyone else that I feel comfortable with that did such a good job.
