Negative as many stars as possible. Horrible experience with this so-called doctor that I will never physically or emotionally recover from. Happy to talk to anyone who would like to see or talk about the “work” she performed on me. I am disfigured thanks to her procedure.

Only gave a star because i had to...she deserves negative.. Ritu Malhotra had her license revoked and rightfully so. She is not fit to practice any kind of medicine. Total train wreck and embarrassment to real doctors. Enjoy the money you took from people who are now physically and emotionally scarred for life because of you.

I set out on my journey of blepharoplasty 2 years ago. I saw a plastic surgeon that I thought I would used based solely on I knew him from the hospital I worked. I did not feel comfortable. Much anxiety over insisting that I needed general anesthesia. So I decided no blepharoplasty for me. Then out of the clear blue I happened to be talking to a friend who mentioned Dr. Malhotra and gave much praise. I immediately scheduled a consultation appointment and, without any hesitation, knew she would be my surgeon. She has such a calm and gentle demeanor, completely confident in her abilities, explained everything to the detail and best of all only local anesthesia and some light sedation! There was NO ANXIETY on my part prior to the procedure. The day of the procedure Dr. Malhotra's kind and professional medical assistant got me all organized for the procedure. Again no anxiety because I felt so confident and in the best of hands. The procedure was honestly no big deal. I was given… medication to mellow me out and simply sat back and enjoyed the ride! Post procedure there was no real pain. I never had to take my Percocet. A few times a took some Tylenol. I followed Dr. Malhotra's instructions meticulously and now 10 days after no bruising or swelling under my eyes just a little redness on the outer corners - no big deal. On the day of the consultation I asked for a percentage of what I can expect for the results (keep in mind I had moderately severe under eye bags). Said 80%. Heck I'd take 50% and be happy. But guess what, it's only 10 days and I can clearly see the results are more like 100%. Without hesitation I recommend Dr. Malhotra for your procedure!

Excellent results! I saw Dr. Malhotra when she was a guest on New Day Cleveland. She was experienced and showeda genuine concern for the success and satisfaction of her patients. During my initial meeting with Dr. Malhotra and her assistant Roseann, I was impressed with their attention to detail and explanation of the realistic results that I could expect. The preop and postop directives were discussed as well as possible emotional and physical reactions. Dr. Malhotra was reassuring and patient, answering all my questions and concerns. I felt confident that I would be getting the best professional treatment and results under Dr. Malhotra's care and I made an appointment for a "Look Natural Lift" and "Full Face Laser Treatment." My surgery went as planned. My home instructions were followed-up with daily phone calls from the doctor's office to answer questions, review postop procedures and provide encouragement. It has been three months since surgery and everything that I was… told about the post surgery recover were exactly as they were described to me. I am extremely happy with the results from both of my procedures. I received the very best of care under Dr. Malhotra and her entire staff and I recommend them without reservation.

Every time I see people I haven’t seen for awhile. “They say “did you loose weight? You look good” I had the quick face lift.. I love it. ????

I can't write enough positive remarks about Dr. Malhotra and her staff. I had acne scarring, wrinkles and a saggy neck. I had a Look Natural Lift and Full Face Fractional co2 Laser done. Dr. Malhotra made it all disappear! I am thrilled with my results!! She is a fantastic doctor, her bedside manner also deserves an A+. I was very nervous about doing all of this and between her and her staff they were very informative and caring. They were very easy to to get a hold of with any questions and Roseann her consultant would call and check up on me. I hope this helps anyone reading this to move forward with doing this for yourself. You won't be sorry.

Dr. Malhotra performed the lift, neck, lower eye (got rid of the bags!) and the laser procedure on me several months ago. As I think back, I would tell anyone it was absolutely a "piece of cake!" I could not be more pleased with the entire experience from the consultation to the final visit! Dr. Malhotra is not only a skilled surgeon, she is a kind and caring person...one who is immediately available after surgery for any and all concerns. Her staff is also phenomenal...Roseanne explained the procedure so thoroughly during the consultation and was a compassionate companion throughout, as well. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough! If you have doubts about your surgery, see Dr. Malhotra! She will calm all of your fears! (I look 15 years younger I've been told!)

Dr. Malhotra is the best! She takes time to really listen to her patient as well as explain exactly what is going to happen during the procedure. I wanted a natural-looking face lift, and that's what I got from her at Lifestyle Lift in Cleveland. People comment frequently how young I look for being retired and having teen grandchildren, but as far as I know, they all think it's good genes, not cosmetic work. I think she is wonderful and recommend her without any reservations.

Very well-practiced physician who is experienced at what she does and she explained everything she did thoroughly. She seems to be a very competent physician.
