I was just informed last week by Dr Anands office, that she is no longer practicing at the White Street location, and they were unable to tell me where she is practicing now. Interesting that on Vitals a review was posted on July 3,2024 as to how great her services are!!

Love her! Trust her! Has an excellent bedside manner and extremely proficient at her profession.

Dr Malik is way overpriced. I do not know how these dr's are getting away with what they are charging for an office visit, but I refuse to go to a dr and be charged almost $1,000 for an office visit and phone call to tell me to cut my meds in half!! Will not be going back.

I've been a patient of Dr Ritu Malik now for a few yrs .and I would highly recommend her to my family and friends. She is a very kind and caring person and a knowledgeable dr. She listens to her patients and she makes you feel very comfortable in her care.If you need an endocrinologist she is the one to see!!

Dr Malik's practice deals mainly w/ weight mgmt. & diabetes patients. She is unknowledgeable when it comes to thyroid cancer patients and the ever changing protocol (TSH levels, thyroglobulin levels, RAI testing) She is quick to refer you to another Endo to read results & evaluate. As an office policy, they will not discuss blood work results on the phone and Dr Malik will not return calls, so be prepared to take a day off work so she can adjust meds etc. NO patient portal for regular patients, only for concierge patients so communication w/ the office is impossible. No office mgr to facilitate requests & staff is unprofessional.
