Spent little time, not helpful. Acted like my condition was no big deal, and get over it attitude.

DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR I needed a minor procedure done in the office. I called before scheduling in order to see how much my cost was going to be. When I showed up, the cost was over 4X more than what I was told. I had to wait about an hour and a half in the examining room before Dr. Rivas saw me. She was frantic and in a hurry. She told me that she could only do part of the procedure because of time (she was running way behind). As a result, I had to make a second appointment and was charged for the procedure again; even though I had to return due to her being so far behind schedule during my first visit, not because of anything new or in addition to the original reason why I saw her. I will NEVER go back to Dr. Rivas or ANY Kelsey-Seybold provider again!

I will not recommend Dr. Riva. she has lack of knowledge and unable to diagnose. She is very rude with patient this my personal experience.
