My experience in working with this office and doctor on billing: F GRADE. **Wrong Codes Billed and Invoiced to Medical Insurance** Doctor is unwilling to re-code based on note error made by her ARNP. In attempt to resolve, office employs multiple departmental finger pointing and email/voicemail tactics creating a perfect game of ping-pond. 2.5 months later - issue remains unresolved with doctor insisting the wrong medical procedure codes stand. QUESTION: If I pay or my health insurance pays the incorrect amount based on incorrect billing codes, isn't this medical FRAUD?

My daughter was recently diagnosed with Ca by colonoscopy and we were told on that Friday A M by the Dr that they would get authorization for the PET scan and would call the following Monday to get that scheduled. It never happened and today, 11 days later the insurance company tells us they had not been contacted!? Is this your usually patient handling protocol? I pray not for any Ca patients with a new diagnosis this is just cruel!! Can you imagine the anxiety you’ve created for her?! She’s trying to stay positive and work and navigate a process that medical professionals caring for her should be doing! Georgia B-T

Horrible appointment, very unsympathetic, un-understanding doctor will not work with you if you fall outside of the standard box due to drug allergies.

She was great! Both my husband and I had colonoscopies done by her and she was fast and thorough! I am a Registered Nurse and very picky about our doctors.
