Dr. Robbin Marroquin, MD

Refused to accommodate, apologize or show any compassion for my DOCUMENTED disability. Would not see me because of said disability despite scheduling a telehealth appointment and sending me an email the day prior instructing me to NOT come into the office. The nurse was incredibly rude pointing fingers saying it was my fault when I had a link from 12 hours before for my telehealth visit. Very unprofessional. Doctor said since I was able to do something 2 years ago, I should be able to do it now----that's NOT how PTSD works! Stay away! Worst doctor and office staff ever! Will be pursing a discrimination lawsuit.

Beware of Seton outrageous billing well above insurance coverage for simple procedures requiring you to pay out of pocket. Dr Marraquin does not return phone calls or help you with her billing.

We moved to Austin, I started seeing Dr. Robbin Marroquin. She is the worst physician I’ve ever had. I continued to see her because establishing care elsewhere with three kids under four years old is difficult enough; however, the care got even worse. She didn’t listen to my needs. She doesn’t return calls or portal messages, can’t be bothered to follow up with prescriptions or pharmacies. She convinced me to stop taking prescriptions I’ve taken for years. My health is far worse because Marroquin was my doctor. She doesn’t care what is best for a patient and comes into the room with her mind set on the easiest course of treatment. I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone. Worst “primary care” doctor.

My first visit with Dr.Marriquin was very pleasant.She listened to me and was very attentive.The Dr. seemed very concerned and wanted to get to the root of my ailment.I was with my last Dr. for 30 years,glad she is here.

Dr. Marroquin diagnosed and effectively treated a very burdensome problem that many previous physicians could not help with me with. I really appreciated how she seemed to genuinely care about me.
