After almost 20 years of having him ignore and discount various autoimmune symptoms, switched doctors and discovered I have vascultis

I've seen Dr. Almquist off and on for 8 years. He is willing to listen and give good advice. It appears that all Drs are careful about prescribing antibiotics but more than once he tell me to call back if it didn't respond to his initial assesment. I have confidence in him.

Does not listen to you. He is old school with medicine.

I had been sick for several months and the medicine did not seem to help. With your diagnosis and treatment I was able to recover from the long standing sinus infection. I wanted to say "Thank you".

Dr Almquist attitude towards medical issues seems like he is just counting the days to retire. He will not provide much help or recommend seeing a specialist. After seeing him for the same problem three times over the last month he didn't help at all. I ended up going to the ER and was diagnosed with a major medical issue.

I would not see Dr Almquist again even if he's the only Dr on call. I was having horrible time sleeping with a pulled muscle in my back and found him to be no help at all. He did prescribe medicine but when a called back to tell him the medicine wasn't working his only solution was stretching and hot baths.
