Dr. Robert Lewis Applebaum, MD

This is the poorest excuse for a physician. He is nothing but a worker's comp hired gun. After it took me 6 months to get an initial report that had multiple in accurate statements. He did a follow up report that miraculously seemed to matchup with the time my Doctor requested MRI's of my shoulder. Wrong dates, wrong medicines frequencies, wrong physician names. Seriously, this man should retire if has a conscious, he only cares about pleasing who pays him......the workers comp carrier. Shame on you.

Dr. Applebaum is one of the most unethical doctors that I have ever met. I had to see him for a second medical opinion in regards to a workmen’s compensation case and it is incredibly sad how he told lie after lie in my medical report. He claimed to conduct examinations that he did not do and he lied and said that I said things that I did not say. His words are contradicting throughout the report and it is clear that his goal is to get more workmens comp. patients. It states that he has 53 years of experience and that is a long time to be a no good doctor. Despite the money aspect of things, your best interest should be in the patient especially if you can help them get better. He should really retire and pray that God will have mercy on his dirty soul. This is a prime example of bad “apples” in the bunch.

He pushed me down when I couldn't touch my toes after injuring my back and neck. He snatched my head from side to side then pushed my head down into my shoulders as he said "I've got to find out if you're really hurt." He was being paid by defense lawyers for negative testimony in court. Shame on you Dr. Applebaum!
