I called to make an appointment and was asked a number of questions since I was a new patient. She kept talking to somebody else on the side in between asking me questions. She then put me on hold and 7 minutes later somebody picked up and started asking me the same exact questions from the beginning. If this is a sign of things to come with this doctor I will NOT be giving them my business.

What a wonderful person! Dr. Arbour was thorough, knowledgable, kind, and professional. He was everything I could have hoped for in a surgeon.i visited to Dr.Arbour for the surgery of pyogenic granuloma (hemangioma) and i was very much scared of it as the SURGERY name itself was quite scary for me but he did my surgery so professionally that i even didn't know when was it done.... i would recommend this surgeon to anyone... He's excellent in everything. He's the best.

My sister sandra was recommended to dr arbour by her doctor. This dr was absoultley great. he has great bed side manners and does not rush to get you in and out. he truly cares about the patient. I would recommend him to anyone.
