I called to make an appointment and was asked a number of questions since I was a new patient. She kept talking to somebody else on the side in between asking me questions. She then put me on hold and 7 minutes later somebody picked up and started asking me the same exact questions from the beginning. If this is a sign of things to come with this doctor I will NOT be giving them my business.

What a wonderful person! Dr. Arbour was thorough, knowledgable, kind, and professional. He was everything I could have hoped for in a surgeon.i visited to Dr.Arbour for the surgery of pyogenic granuloma (hemangioma) and i was very much scared of it as the SURGERY name itself was quite scary for me but he did my surgery so professionally that i even didn't know when was it done.... i would recommend this surgeon to anyone... He's excellent in everything. He's the best.
