Dr. Arias is excellent. Really helped me with issues in my life!

I saw Dr. Arias over around a six month time period. He is very busy, as he once explained, when I finally addressed that my appointments starting ten to fifteen minutes late, but always ending at the exact time, were not okay with me. I didn't feel that he was fully engaged at all times, though I attempted to make things as easy as possible, by taking notes and shortly updating the last meeting before we began. Dr. Arias is credible in his field of study, and has many hours under his belt in his field. He often serves as an expert witness in court, according to him. I thought we had a workable relationship. Our main problem is that he is an atheist and I am a Christian, so because he believes in no things "mystical," as he would describe anything outside the realm of science, we did not match up as well as I would have liked. I was not credited for a payment I made in 2015. I attempted to straighten it out. I always arrived ten minutes ahead of schedule in order to make… payment, before I "assumed" my appointment would begin. On the occasion I paid cash, and did not collect a receipt (my bad,) about four months later I was billed for that "missed payment." Since I didn't have a receipt, I was aware that I would have to pay it, but my new co-pay at the beginning of the year had increased, and that was the amount they charged me. Not the amount of the service date. Somehow they decided to add another ten dollars to that after I discussed it with them. I finally left due to appointments being changed, then attempts to fit me in for a one-half hour appointment with only an hour's notice, amongst other appointment problems. As he said, Dr. Arias is a very busy man. He is his own priority. And evidently, those co-pay dollars were of more importance to him, than I was. A sad ending, for what could have potentially been a good relationship, had he more reliable office staff. Blessings to all.
