Dr. Bala has been my primary care physician for several years. Dr.Bala is amazing he cares about you and he shows you compassion and empathy. He cares about your overall well being and how he can improve it! Hes there for you when you need him! He explains your conditions to you in detail. Hes no rush at all! Hes literally the BEST EVER! He saved my life last year when he found my rare vascular compression disorders he is one of my heros! Im forever grateful that he ordered that ct scan! Dr Bala is my favorite doctor ever!!! I thank him for being my doctor!!! I highly recommend Dr.Bala to anyone!!!

Dr. Bala is the BEST! He listens to you and he shows compassion and empathy. He gives you his honest opinion and he's NOT one of those doctors that just write a prescription just because you think you may need one. He is honest and very polite. I'm excited that he came back to Polk County, Florida (Lakeland) :-)

Dr. Bala has been my primary care physician for several years. Dr. Bala has always spent the time necessary with me to go over any concerns with my care. I have seen other physicians in the past but Dr. Bala is one of the few that will give you an honest answer even if it is not what you want to hear. I am so glad Dr Bala returned to the Lakeland area.

I have a terminal illness and needed to find a local primary care physician. Due to my illness, I have seen many doctors over the past few years. Dr. Bala is one of the kindest, most empathetic and caring physicians I have seen. I highly recommend him.

Very concerned about your health and how he can improve your overall well being. Very detail oriented and listens to what you have to say. Seems to care about you. I liked him and so did my husband who receives his care.

What a great doctor he makes you feel so comfortable he will sit and listen to you and explain every thing in detail, my husband does not like to go to doctor but since he became a patient with Dr. Bala he love him

Friendly staff. I was in and out in one hour and 5 min. approx. as a new/first time patient. The wait didn't seem that long because everything was a constant flow from filling out paperwork, insurance, being weighed, blood work, explaining my symptoms and so on..... I have everything good to say about Dr. Bala and his staff. He listened. Wrote my RX. Follow up visit....I feel I have my forever doctor. He made me feel totally comfortable.
