A letter to Dr. Balcar's valued patients:
Hello!
It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to Light Touch Dental Care of Holland, Ohio! My name is Dr. Natalie Nechvatal (“Neck – vah – Tell”) and I have been in the practice of dentistry for 7 years after graduating from the Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine with my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. For quite some time, I have been searching for the right community to join and care for through the practice of dentistry and I am thrilled that I have finally found Holland and the surrounding areas to be just what I’ve been looking for.
From the outset, when I first connected with Dr. Balcar about his desire to make some personal changes in his life and to transition ownership of his practice, my foremost concerns precisely mirrored his – continuing to provide for your individual dental care needs as seamlessly …as possible and keeping distractions and changes to a minimum. He knew that the worst thing for you would be to bring in a dentist who would desire to make instant, drastic and sweeping changes to the practice and the staff you have known and trusted for years. I couldn’t agree more with this approach which is why, other than the name of the practice and maybe some of the framed pictures on the walls, not much will be changing that would make the office feel different to you. All of the insurance plans previously accepted will continue to be accepted and the fantastic team of Linda, Dana and Amanda will all remain with the practice as well.
I want to specifically point out that the staff and I understand and respect the fact that the relationship between you and your dentist is a very unique one. Trust is earned – now more than ever – and we are very sensitive to the uncertainty and even anxiety that a change in your health care provider can generate. Dr. Balcar has spent 20 years forging relationships with you and your family, and my promise to you is that all of my efforts and any changes made within the practice are focused exclusively on enhancing our relationship with you and adding to the treatments and services available.
I pride myself on being a skilled dental professional and one who is continually researching to make sure I utilize the most appropriate, proven and up-to-date treatment methods to care for you. My goal is to maximize your overall health and well-being through comprehensive dental medicine. And whether that means whitening or straightening your smile, repairing a tooth that has been nagging you with heat or cold sensitivity, or working together with your physician to help catch precursors to larger concerns like diabetes and heart disease, you can count on me to provide you with the best available dental health care in a personalized and cost effective fashion.
