Dr. Robert Judson Balch, DO

I’ve seen Dr. Balch off and on for several years. He has treated me through 2 major surgeries and made my quality of life better. Dr Balch and his staff are always professional and very kind. ??

Possibly the opioid situation with the interaction and intrusion of the government and insurance has made him this way, but I guarantee he could care less about me or whether I live or die. He never listens to me. However, to be fair, perhaps you will do better.

Dr. Bach saved my life. I had been seeing many Drs but I found no comfort or relief from my pain until I found Dr Balch. He seemed to really care about me and treated me with very much respect. The office staff is super nice and seemed to be there for me every step of the way. Thank you very much Dr Belch and staff!!!

The first visit was “ok” ... the second was very degrading and a disappointment. The Dr focused on his computer, rarely even looked at me and exited quickly . I left feeling like I did not ask enough questions re upcoming procedure but he was in such a hurry to get out of the room ..... not sure I am going back.

Ignored, dismissed, disrespected... Disabled! I’ve 5 specialists working together to help me now. They’ve all asked me the same question. Why did my worsening, medically urgent symptoms and steady health decline go overlooked/without intervention for over a year? I gave the only answer I had... I trusted Dr Balch to take good care of me.

It’s been awhile since I’ve felt like a physician was truly interested in my health.. I found Dr Balch to be vibrant..easygoing and fun to talk to.. now I can rest with the assurance of finding a diamond in the ruff..??

I have been seeing Dr. Balch for three years. He is the easiest to talk to of all the Doctors I have ever seen. I trust him with any medical need.

This clinic it just want appointments and appointments and use insurance money personnel is ok doctor Don’t care about your pain.it just want insurance. I’m not recommend Esta clínica solo quiere tu aseguran no recomiendo esta facilidad lo siento pero no controlaron el dolor de mi esposa. Munchas vueltas y vueltas doctor me dijo todo sería en esa clínica si necesitaba sirujia sería allí que primero necesitaría seguir tratamiento yantes de sirugia después de 8 meses no me ayudó nada no quiso ni recomendarme con un sirujanonque lo ace un mentiroso.

If it was possible, this office would get a zero star rating as they are the most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with. You are unable to speak to any office management. The receptionist are extremely rude and inconsiderate as well as hang up on you during URGENT matters. They will repetitively disregard you, hang up on you and yell while on the phone. It is a very unprofessional office and I am hoping that the providers of the office will hear and handle this / these situations. Without even seeing the providers, I would NOT even recommend them due to the office staff.

Terrible bedside manner, belittling and suspicious even though every urine test I've taken has come back clean, always in a hurry and quick to leave the room without answering or addressing concerns and questions, is demeaning and intimidating and will leave the room without answering your questions and without a proper goodbye. I mentioned struggling with depression due to chronic pain and he never offered suggestions, help or recommendations as to where I could get help. Threatened to only give me a another month or two of medicine even though a surgeon and two doctors have advised me to let the injury heal itself with time and medicine rather than surgery. He is very put out with additional questions and won't give more than 3-4 minutes for each patient. His waiting room is extremely crowded because he has a "wellness/beauty" practice in the same tiny office. It's not unusual to wait over an hour to see him and it's common to see people in pain standing because there aren't enough… chairs and his waiting room is smaller than a four stall bathroom. The staff are friendly but extremely disorganized so give copies of paperwork from other doctors, not originals. They constantly call to reschedule the appointments they've made at your last visit. There is aVERY inappropriate and loud man who works in the cramped office alongside the staff and you can't avoid him if you try! Today he told me I was his favorite patient and he's mad he has to wait an entire month before he sees me again. He's very touchy, loud and a serious violator of personal space. He also thinks he's a comedian, using humor to say inappropriate and unprofessional things! His practice,bad bedside manner, long wait times, cramped office and questionable employee has me looking for another doctor who will keep his appointments, not threaten me over my medications, who will hear my questions AND answer them and who will give me 10 minutes of his time after I've stood in his cramped waiting room for over an hour. I honestly don't know HOW this guy is still in business!!!
